Uprava za bezbednost i zdravlje na radu Ministarstva  rada i socijalne politike
U skladu sa odredbama člana 60. Zakona o bezbednosti i zdravlju na radu („Službeni glasnik RS”, broj 101/05), Uprava za bezbednost i zdravlje na radu u sastavu Ministarstva rada i socijalne politike Republike Srbije ima osnovnu obavezu da se stara o harmonizaciji – usaglašavanju propisa sa propisima EU i MOR-a, organizuje polaganje stručnih ispita, prikuplja i analizira podatke o povredama na radu, profesionalnim oboljenjima, bolestima u vezi sa radom i pojavama koje utiču na zdravlje zaposlenih, vrši nadzor nad zakonitošću rada pravnih lica i preduzetnika kao i odgovornih lica sa licencom i priprema predloge rešenja za izdavanje i oduzimanje licenci, organizuje savetovanja, vrši edukaciju zaposlenih, poslodavaca, lica za bezbednost i zdravlje na radu, inspektora i dr., objavljuje različite materijale i informiše javnost o stanju u oblasti bezbednosti i zdravlja na radu podstiče obrazovanje i razvijanje kulture rada u oblasti bezbednosti i zdravlja na radu.

Inspektorata za rad
Inspektorat za rad, kao organ uprave u sastavu Ministarstva rada i socijalne politike, obavlja poslove inspekcijskog nadzora u oblasti bezbednosti i zdravlja na radu i radnih odnosa nad primenom Zakona o radu, Zakona o bezbednosti i zdravlju na radu, Zakona o zaštiti stanovništva od izloženosti duvanskom dimu, Zakona o sprečavanju zlostavljanja na radu, Zakona o volontiranju, Zakona o ravnopravnosti polova, Zakona o štrajku, Opšteg kolektivnog ugovora, kolektivnih ugovora (posebnih i pojedinačnih), opštih akata i ugovora o radu  kojima se uređuju prava, obaveze i odgovornosti zaposlenih u organizacijama, pravnim licima i drugim oblicima organizovanja, kao i ustanovama.
Pored nadzora nad primenom zakona, inspekcija rada vrši nadzor i nad primenom drugih propisa o merama i normativima bezbednosti i zdravlja na radu, tehničkim merama koje se odnose na bezbednost i zdravlje na radu, standarda i opšte priznatih mera u delu kojim se uređuju pitanja iz oblasti bezbednosti i zdravlja na radu.

The Occupational Safety and Health Directorate of the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy

In accordance with the Article 60 of the Occupational Safety and Health Law (Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia ref. 101/05), the Occupational Safety and Health Directorate within the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy of the Republic of Serbia has got the basic obligation to take care of regulation harmonizing with those of EU and ILO, organize trade examinations, collect and analyze the injury at work data, professional diseases, the work related ones, and the situations influencing the employees’ health, carries out surveiilance of the companies’ and entrepreneurs’ legal work, as well as licensed responsible persons, preparation of decision proposals for the license issue and cancellation, organizes consulting, carries out education of the employees, employers, persons for the occupational safety and health, inspectors, etc, publishes various publications and informs the publics of the situation in the occupational safety and health, supports education and develops work culture within the occupational safety and health.

The Labour Inspectorate

The Labour Inspectorate as an authority of Directorate within the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy conducts the activities of inspection surveillance within the occupational safety and health and employment of the implementation of the Labour Law, Occupational Safety and Health Law, The Inhabitants Protection against Tobacco Smoke Law, Occupational Mobbing Prevention Law, Volunteering Law,  Gender Equality Law, Strike Law, General Collective Contract, Collective Contracts (special and individual ones), General Acts and Employment Contracts, stipulating the rights, obligations and responsibilities of employees in organizations, companies and other organizational forms, as well as institutions. 

In addition to the surveillance of the Law implementation, the Labour Inspectorate conducts also surveillance of the implementation of other regulations on measures and norms of the occupational safety and health, standards and generally accepted measures in the section related to regulation of the issues within the occupational safety and health.
